Description
The Modern Gladius was designed by Smoky Mountain Knife Works as a shorter version of the classic Roman Gladius sword. It is made of non-stainless 1095 carbon steel and wears a black coating to protect against scratches and corrosion. The double-edged, tanto-style blade features two fullers on each side. The sand-brown micarta handle tapers slightly toward the guard to lock the hand in place, while the full-sized safety lanyard loop at the end of the handle provides ample attachment options. Comes with custom-fit Kydex sheath and belt loop.
