One Life - One Knife: that's the motto of the renowned knife manufacturer TOPS from Idaho, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. The company benefits from an exceptionally high level of governmental input, as many TOPS employees have extensive backgrounds in law enforcement or the military and are well-connected within these organizations. Every model undergoes at least six months of field testing before it goes into production. The extremely robust knife blades are primarily made from the tried-and-tested 1095 carbon steel and protected against corrosion with a special, abrasion-resistant powder coating (developed specifically for TOPS).
