Delivery Time

Items marked as “Available” are generally dispatched within one working day (Monday to Friday). Due to the high level of interest in our special sales promotions, the processing and dispatch of your order may be slightly delayed. Rest assured that we are working hard to process your order as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery

Payment by cash on delivery is available exclusively within Germany. We charge a cash-on-delivery fee of €5.00 per order, regardless of the order value. In addition, the parcel service charges a transfer fee of €2.00 upon delivery, which must be paid directly to the delivery driver.

PayPal

Due to PayPal’s applicable terms of use, PayPal cannot be offered as a payment method for items from the following categories:

• Automatic knives
• Daggers
• Balisongs/butterfly knives
• Karambits
• Throwing knives
• Swords and machetes

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping within Germany and Austria on orders worth €49 or more. For deliveries to other countries, free shipping is available on orders worth €100 or more. Shipping costs below these thresholds can be found in the table below. Orders are generally shipped by DHL, UPS, FedEx or their local shipping partners.

Bulky Goods

A bulky-goods surcharge of €20.00 applies to items marked as bulky goods, regardless of the order value.
