A reliable and transparent whistleblower system is crucial for identifying and appropriately responding to legal and policy violations. We provide our employees, as well as customers, suppliers, and other third parties, with various reporting channels for potential compliance violations.

Potential violations of laws or guidelines within Heinr. Böker Baumwerk GmbH can be reported via the web-based whistleblower system – anonymously if desired. The system is available to all employees, as well as customers, suppliers, and other third parties. Your report will be received and processed by sicdata - Unternehmensberatung, our organization's externally appointed whistleblower protection officer. As a professional bound by confidentiality, sicdata is obligated to treat the identity of whistleblowers and the information received with absolute discretion. In addition to traditional channels such as email and telephone, sicdata provides a whistleblower system designed for maximum confidentiality (no forwarding to unauthorized persons or other disclosure). Each incoming report is carefully reviewed and evaluated by our external whistleblower protection officer – if necessary, with the involvement of company management.
