You are welcome to use this form for inquiries about spare parts & accessories. Please note that dimensions alone are not sufficient.
Please be sure to provide the exact item number or item description and let us know exactly which spare part is needed.
Spare Parts & Service
As part of our lifetime warranty, we offer a free replacement of individual components of your knife if they are lost or damaged. This applies to small parts such as screws, clips, springs, certificates, or sheaths, as long as they are available.
If the spare parts are not available in our warehouse, we can request them from the manufacturer.
Consumables and accessories such as microfiber cloths or packaging are not included in the warranty service.
Spare parts for third-party brands
We can also procure spare parts for knives of other brands upon request. Please note that there will be a delivery time of 8–12 weeks from the order date, as these parts are not in stock in our warehouse. If costs are incurred, they will vary depending on the manufacturer and the spare part – we have no influence on this pricing.
If the item is no longer in current production, we will no longer be able to provide the spare parts.
Chargeable spare parts/replacement sheaths
Larger spare parts like blades or handle scales are subject to a charge. This applies to both our own brands and third-party brands. Prices are usually between €10 and €25.
For our own manufactured knives, these parts are only sent in special cases, as we carry out the repair or replacement ourselves.

Spare part inquiries will be processed within one week if possible.
If the desired part is available, it will be shipped promptly and free of charge as a compact letter or for €4.95 as an insured small parcel. If it is not in stock, we will order it from our supplier and send it to you immediately upon receipt. This also results in a delivery time of 8-12 weeks.
However, this is only the processing time based on our experience. In some cases, it may take longer for the spare part to reach us.
We ask for your understanding that we have no influence on the processing time of our suppliers.
If you do not have the designation or the item number of your knife, you can determine the item number with the help of our catalog or via the search function of our webshop. Within the search, you can filter by knife type, brand, color, and many other criteria. Should you still not find what you are looking for, please send us a photo of the front of the complete knife in the open state, including your full name and address, by e-mail to info@boker.de.
We try to process your inquiries as quickly as possible; you will usually receive a response within three to seven business days (Monday to Friday). Your inquiry will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.).
