Not every knife design can be easily enlarged or reduced in size, but the Frog Market Special is an exception. It is very popular as an outdoor knife for food preparation and has even found its way into some kitchens. The XL version was very easy to enlarge compared to the first version. Strangely enough, the mini version was just as easy to shrink. This knife is simply a great shape in many different sizes. Its fine point is perfect for gouging, boning, peeling and other cutting tasks. The belly is located at the back of the blade, which takes some getting used to - but is very practical. The Mini offers new possibilities for use and carrying. The Frog Market Special Mini is ideal as a neck knife, for the trouser pocket, on the belt or as a practical everyday knife. With 1095 carbon steel blade, Micarta handle and versatile Kydex sheath.
