The Berlin specialist shop for kitchen, sports and leisure knives, scissors, defense articles, weapons and much more, which has been in existence since 2010, is passionately run by Mr. Feldner and his colleague.
"When I bought my first knife in 1978, I was hooked. The high-quality materials and the sophisticated design of many knives fascinated me, and I began collecting them. My passion for knives intensified, so one day, almost on a whim, I decided to open a specialty shop. Since then, we have built up a loyal customer base, and it gives me great pleasure to sell products that inspire me to our customers."
I also enjoy working with the Böker factory, and it's based on a relationship of trust. Their product range is extensive, but there's one knife I particularly like: the Böker Plus Exskelibur I Framelock Titanium . It's slim and elegant, sits comfortably in the hand, and is incredibly versatile. Its outstanding quality and beautiful, understated elegance are features I like to highlight to our customers, and they're always impressed. While I don't carry it with me—I prefer knives with G10 scales for that, as titanium is too precious to me—the Exskelibur is my faithful companion when I'm enjoying a steak. I find the entire Exskelibur knife series exceptionally appealing and perfectly harmonious.
