Follow the famous Boker Sport Knife and other successful models on their journey from the blade blank through assembly and fine grinding to the finished knife, and learn about the complex manufacturing depth of the individual work steps in each department. Get a feel for why Boker kitchen knives spice up every dish with an extra pinch of endorphins, and let yourself be enchanted by the magic of the last masters of their craft in the razor department. Look over the shoulders of our experienced knifemakers as they process high-quality and sometimes rare materials, and witness the loving craftsmanship that goes into making your next Boker knife. During the factory tour, you will be introduced to Solingen knife vocabulary in an illustrative way, so you can visit our knife shop as a seasoned professional immediately afterward, where special models, unbeatable offers, and some expert discussions await you in a relaxed atmosphere.
You will be guided by Boker enthusiasts whose passion is firmly rooted in the Boker tree and who have accumulated extensive knowledge over the years. Factory tours take place monthly. Wednesday tours start at 1:00 PM, Saturday tours start at 10:00 AM. They last approximately 90 minutes and are held in small groups of a maximum of 15 people. This leaves enough time to answer individual questions.

Registration and merchandise voucher

In the past, interested parties repeatedly registered for factory tours but did not show up. Due to the limitation of a maximum of 15 people per visitor group, participant slots were blocked for other interested parties who would have liked to participate on the desired date.
Therefore, we have decided on the following arrangement: After registering for a factory tour, interested parties will receive an invoice for €15.00 per person for the desired date. At the same time, you will be noted for a merchandise voucher worth €15.00. Upon receipt of payment for the invoice amount, your place for the factory tour will be bindingly reserved.
You will receive the merchandise voucher personally on site on the day of the factory tour. It is valid for three years from the date of issue and can be redeemed in the Boker knife shop in Solingen and our webshop.
Cancellation of participation and a corresponding refund of the registration fee is possible up to four weeks before the factory tour at the latest, so that we can reallocate the slots.
