Description
The Work Sharp Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener is a manual knife sharpener with an adjustable angle and three different abrasive grits for high precision sharpening results. The sharpening angle can be conveniently adjusted from 15° to 30° in 1° increments for optimal sharpening of any knife. The Tri-Brasive sharpening stone contains diamond plates with grit sizes 320 and 600 for quick sharpening and a ceramic stone for fine sharpening. The innovative clamping construction locks the knife quickly and securely. The housing provides a stable and sturdy base for sharpening on the table or kitchen counter.
