What a knife! Please excuse the platitude, but the TOPS Operator 7 is outstanding in every respect. As an uncompromising outdoor and tactical knife, the Operator 7 has a massive blade and is definitely not a featherweight. However, it is also one of those knives that don't have any boundaries except the imagination of their user. It is made from 1075 carbon steel hardened with a differential process for the best possible combination of edge retention and stability. The Blackout edition is provided with the TOPS-typical traction coating during. The lavishly dimensioned handle consists of black canvas Micarta as the base, with a G10 handle scales with fine checking as the top and a contrasting intermediate layer. The wide guard ensures maximum operating safety, and the Kydex sheath is equipped with the rotatable steel clip.
