Description
The mystical bird that first burned and afterwards rose from its own ashes gave its legendary name to this masterpiece. The Phoenix Damascus sword is characterized by great attention to detail. 200 layers of Damascus steel and its fine pattern make up the sword's noble and discreet appeal. The traditionally wrapped handle has real manta ray skin underlays and is adorned with two golden Menukis. The blade is fixed inside the handle by two Menugis fixiert. All fittings have been decorated with images of the Phoenix. The wooden Saya has been elaborately varnished and subsequently sealed with a clear varnish.
