Description
From the blank sheet of paper to its first foray into the EDC world, Polish custom knifemaker David Hás accompanied the Boker Plus Pollywog throughout its entire metamorphosis. Inspired by a fascination with nature, the designer of Cronos Knives lovingly recreated the fixed blade in the shape and composition of the tadpole it is named after. The satin-finished drop point blade is reminiscent of a tadpole's tail and, thanks to the excellent properties of the blade steel, maneuvers the neck knife reliably through everyday life. Nitro-V is particularly characterized by high edge retention and low susceptibility to corrosion, making even minor cutting tasks in the outdoors a breeze. Furthermore, jimpings on the thumb rest and the robust full tang construction ensure maximum precision and control. The contoured G10 handle scales seamlessly connect to this concept, offering added comfort with their ergonomic finger grooves. At the end of the handle is a hollow rivet, which is reminiscent of the tadpole's eyes and can be used as a lanyard hole. A custom-fit Kydex sheath with a ball chain and a lanyard are included for safe (and stylish) transport.
