Returns within Germany can now be processed quickly and easily through our online shop. Items ordered from our shop with a total value of at least €40 can be returned to us free of charge via DHL up to 30 days after purchase. The purchase price of the returned goods will be refunded as soon as they have arrived at our warehouse and been processed.
You can print the required DHL label and the corresponding return slip yourself:
- Log in with your user credentials and go to your order overview. Select "Return" for the relevant order.
- Here you can select the affected items and the respective reason, and comment on the return if necessary.
- Once you have confirmed the return, the DHL label and return slip will be automatically generated and can be downloaded for printing.
- Please place the pre-filled return slip in the package and affix the DHL label to the carefully packed, ready-to-ship parcel. Then simply drop it off at a DHL location.
