General Contest Guidelines

These general sweepstake guidelines apply to all sweepstakes organized via our website, our social media channels, or at events, unless different conditions are specified in the respective sweepstake. By participating in the sweepstake, participants acknowledge these guidelines.

All natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of the organiser and persons involved in the execution of the competition are excluded from participation, unless expressly stated otherwise.

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the sweepstakes in the event of violations of these guidelines, attempted manipulation, or false information.

The winners will be determined after the end of the participation period according to the criteria described in the respective competition (e.g., by random drawing or jury decision).

Winners will be notified via the communication channel specified in the competition. If a winner does not respond within the specified period, the prize may be re-awarded.

A cash payout of the winnings is not possible. Exchange or transfer of winnings to third parties is excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

The organizer reserves the right to adapt, interrupt, or prematurely terminate sweepstakes at any time for good cause, should this become necessary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

Should individual provisions of these sweepstakes guidelines be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

The law of the country in which the organizer is based applies, to the extent legally permissible.

Recourse to the courts is excluded.
