Description
The Work Sharp Angle Set Knife Sharpener designed by Ken Onion is an adjustable knife sharpener, offering versatile sharpening options by means of three different grains and five sharpening angles. The rotating rods feature a coarse 400-grain diamond surface, a finer 800-grain diamond surface and an extra fine ceramic surface for a fine grind. The sharpening angle can be set to 15°, 17.5°, 20°, 22.5° or 25°. The additional cone-shaped ceramic sharpener easily handles serrated blades. The Angle Set Knife Sharpener is foldable and easy to store.
