Description
Spyderco's pink and black color concept is more than just a bold fashion statement. As with all of the manufacturer's knives with a pink handle, a portion of the sales benefits a very charitable organization, in this case Living Beyond Breast Cancer (LBCC.org). One of the newest members of this colorful family is the MicroJimbo by Michael Janich, the smaller counterpart to the iconic Yojimbo 2. This limited-edition Sprint Run version of the design features a hollow-ground Wharncliffe blade made from CPM-S-30V stainless steel and finished with a black diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating. The handle scales are precision-crafted from pink G10 and have a medium peel-ply structure for a non-slip grip. To round off the DLC coating of the blade, the handle screws, the reversible clip (tip-up) and other fittings are also coated in black.
