Description
Description
The Lil' Native combines all the key features of Spyderco's legendary Native model in a compact, easy-to-carry gentleman's knife. This limited edition Sprint Run version equips the Lil' Native with a blade made of CPM 15V, an exceptional material that has the highest wear resistance of any cold work steel available today. Its unique alloy composition contains nearly 15 percent vanadium to create an exceptionally high volume of vanadium carbides in its microstructure. For knife blades, this means unparalleled cutting performance and edge retention. Spyderco's CPM 15V elite knives are further enhanced by a special heat treatment protocol developed by renowned knifemaker Shawn Houston. This remarkable Sprint Run Lil' Native has all the key features of the standard model, including interlocking stainless steel liners, a high-strength compression lock and a reversible deep-carry wire clip (tip-up). To emphasize its affiliation with the CPM 15V family, it also features brown, removable G10 handle scales and Shawn Houston's “Triple B” logo laser-engraved on the back of the blade
