Description
The NAND was developed by Paul Alexander, who holds a doctorate in mechanical engineering and is a genuine knife enthusiast, and extends the SLIPIT family of non-locking folding knives. Almost like a classic straight razor, the NAND can be opened with one hand using the “tail”. When open, two ball-bearing locks in the frame of the handle hold the sides of the blade in position. This non-locking ball joint mechanism, the enclosing hand on the back of the blade and the generous handle scales ensure an extremely secure grip. The fully flat ground blade of the NAND is made of stainless M398 and has a classic thumb hole. The handle scales are precision-machined from solid titanium and accommodate a reversible wire clip that allows tip-up carry on both sides.
