Ivan Dietsche isn't thinking quite that big yet, as his knives are mostly bespoke works of art for discerning customers. He received his first pocket knife, an Opinel, at the age of seven, which he still treasures in his collection. " I discovered my passion for knives at a young age, as I had the opportunity to make them myself in a small workshop using simple machines."
