Description

The CIVIVI Zygon is a modern folding knife with a thumb stud and top crossbar lock, combining functional construction with distinctive material and color styling. The orange and black Vortex Micarta handle gives the knife a dynamic, high-contrast appearance and reinforces the technical, modern character of the design.

The drop point blade made from Nitro-V features a 58–60 HRC hardness rating and a precise flat grind. Nitro-V is a corrosion-resistant blade steel that offers a balanced combination of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. The black stonewashed finish gives the blade a rugged, matte surface and creates a striking contrast with the orange and black handle.

The handle is made from orange and black Vortex Micarta, combining the characteristic texture of Micarta with distinctive color styling. The contrasting design gives the Zygon a highly recognizable appearance. The black stainless steel liners complement the construction and integrate seamlessly into the dark color scheme.

A smooth and precise blade action is provided by the pivot assembly with a caged ceramic ball bearing. The thumb stud allows convenient blade deployment. The top crossbar lock mechanism provides secure blade retention when open and complements the functional construction of the folding knife.
