Warnings and safety information:

Warning and safety information: Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue. Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries. Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone. Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly. Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended, such as as a lever tool, can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Description

The experience Lionsteel has gained with their trail-blazing monoblock knives, the SR and the TiSpine, where the grip is fabricated from a single titanium or aluminum billet on advanced four-axis CNC mills, was applied here to execute the backlocking TM1 from a solid mircata or carbon-fiber billet. The backlock construction features a twin spring and is equipped for maximum operating comfort with IKBS (ball bearing supported blade joint), providing completely clearance-free and smooth blade movement. The symmetrical operating elements and the adjustable clip (tip-up, l/r) support left-handed use of the knife. The Sleipner blade steel with a hardness of 60-61 HRC leaves nothing left to be desired with regard to edge-holding. Replaceable glass breaker with tungsten-carbide insert. Carbon-fiber grip. Satin finish blade. Shipped with transverse carry leather belt pouch.
