The Work Sharp Professional Precision Adjust Elite Knife Sharpener is the new benchmark for manual knife sharpening. Thanks to revised adjustment options, the required sharpening angle can be set between 15° and 35° in next to no time, while an additional digital protractor with an accuracy of 0.25° ensures precise and reproducible results. A 10-piece set of interchangeable grinding plates is available for the sharpener: one diamond plate each with coarse grits of 220, 320 and 400, one diamond grinding plate each with fine grits of 600 and 800 as well as a fine-grained ceramic plate for repairing, sharpening and honing. Furthermore, the leather strop with 0.5 micron chromium oxide honing paste refines and polishes the blade for optimum results, while three grinding plates with ultra-fine grits of 1200, 2000 and 3000, refined with the synthetic resin resin, bring out the last bit of sharpness, even on blades with a demanding serrated edge. Compared to the Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener, the significantly larger Professional Precision Adjust Elite Knife Sharpener is equipped with a solid metal body and screw-on holes for the workbench and enables even full-sized knives or machetes to be sharpened. This means: a secure stand, safe sharpening and definitely sharp knives! The innovative V-Block Clamp fixes the knife quickly and reliably for a secure hold without slipping. The practical table attachment enables small pocket knives and narrow blades to be sharpened at an angle of up to 10°. Supplied with a robust hard case with precisely fitting compartments for safe storage.
