Your legal guarantee rights
LEGAL GUARANTEE Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union. Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods: do not match the description; do not function as intended. Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer: free repair or free replacement; in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement. Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year. For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees What to do if you receive non-conforming goods: 1 Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue; 2 Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement. Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

Warnings and safety information:

Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use, such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand, or use them in connection with professional activities, such as hunting or crafts, or sports, such as sailing or mountaineering. The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently, the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.

Warning and safety information: Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue. Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries. Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone. Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly. Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended, such as as a lever tool, can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Description

The Boker Plus Hidden Release Coffin , designed by renowned custom knifemaker Chuck Gedraitis, combines sophisticated gentleman's styling with innovative automatic knife technology. This distinctive automatic folding pocket knife stands out for its clean lines, premium materials, and cleverly concealed opening mechanism, delivering a unique blend of refined aesthetics and practical functionality.

The signature coffin-shaped handle is crafted from smooth black G10, a durable composite material valued for its dimensional stability, wear resistance, and dependable everyday performance. Its distinctive profile gives the knife a recognizable character while maintaining an elegant, understated appearance. The blade is made from Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, a well-regarded blade steel that offers a balanced combination of edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. A refined ricasso adds a sophisticated finishing touch to the blade's overall appearance.

The defining feature is the concealed bolster-release mechanism (U.S. Design Patent by CobraTec). Sliding the bolster upward activates the automatic opening action, eliminating the need for a conventional, externally visible push button. This ingenious design preserves the knife's streamlined silhouette while providing quick, convenient blade deployment. A deep-carry pocket clip allows the knife to sit discreetly in the pocket, complementing its clean profile and gentlemanly character. The Boker Plus Hidden Release Coffin is an appealing choice for collectors and knife enthusiasts who appreciate distinctive design, quality materials, and inventive mechanical details.
