Your legal guarantee rights
LEGAL GUARANTEE Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union. Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods: do not match the description; do not function as intended. Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer: free repair or free replacement; in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement. Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year. For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees What to do if you receive non-conforming goods: 1 Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue; 2 Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement. Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

Warnings and safety information:

Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use, such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand, or use them in connection with professional activities, such as hunting or crafts, or sports, such as sailing or mountaineering. The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently, the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.

Warning and safety information: Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue. Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries. Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone. Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly. Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended, such as as a lever tool, can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Description

The Boker Plus BHQ Kalashnikov 74 Hahaha brings a wicked dose of dark humor and comic book chaos to the world of automatic knives. This exclusive BladeHQ edition from the vintage-inspired Kalashnikov comic series combines sinister clown-inspired styling with bold retro artwork. Two wild cards and an oversized "HAHAHA" graphic give the knife a personality that balances mischievous laughter with a distinctly menacing edge.

The D2 tool steel Spearpoint blade stands out with its striking maniac purple finish. The two wild card illustrations and bold "HAHAHA" lettering draw inspiration from classic comic book villains, turning the blade into an unmistakable visual centerpiece. D2 also delivers practical performance, with excellent wear resistance, good edge retention, and solid corrosion resistance. The distinctive Spearpoint profile reinforces the dramatic character of this unconventional design.

The automatic blade deployment is activated by a push button for quick, convenient operation. A Plunge Lock mechanism secures the blade in the open position.

The sinister green aluminum handle creates a vivid contrast with the purple blade and carries the dark clown-inspired theme throughout the design. A red pocket clip adds another bold color accent and is configured for right-hand, tip-up carry. The volume and issue markings on the clip provide an additional collectible detail.

The Boker Plus BHQ Kalashnikov 74 Hahaha belongs to a limited comic-inspired series. Each issue is intended as a one-time release: once sold out, it is gone for good – no reissues and no second printings.

Combining a purple D2 Spearpoint blade, sinister clown-inspired styling, and bold comic book artwork, this automatic knife is a distinctive limited edition for collectors and enthusiasts of unconventional designs.
