Description
TOPS Knives takes the tactical genes of the manufacturer into the kitchen and presents a fully grown filleting knife with the TOPS Fillet. The blade made of powder metallurgy CPM-154 is coated in grey and has a jimping on the top of the blade so that the TOPS Fillet can also be used as a boning knife. The G10 handle fits securely in the hand and the light brown-black colouring is reminiscent of snakeskin. Supplied with a Kydex sheath.
