Vision FG G10 Ivory Damascus

Excellent and easy to use pocket knife

Very rigid, non-flexy knife with the downside of being a bit heavier than many others. The scales have a grippy texture with holes to naturally position your fingers when operating the lock. The scales could use small indentations for the thumb studs. The locking mechanism itself is very snappy and satisfying to use.

The damascus is visually maybe not the best looking out there but it does look better in person than in the pictures. The blade shape is excellent and the flat grind is great for most uses. The black coating on the blade scratches somewhat easily with e.g. Lansky sharpening jig.

The pocket clip on mine is slightly different than in the pictures and I suspect it may have been improved on since the original was widely not liked when the knife came out. The clip is however extremely stiff making it difficult to use with some pocket material.
