The US Combat Knife, designed by the former Marine Laci Szabo, is equipped with a coated blade made of non stainless 1095 carbon steel. The pronounced cross guard increases cutting safety. The structured handle made of non-slip Micarta fits the hand perfectly. Despite the military background, the solid knife is also ideal for all outdoor activities. With striking piece and laynard hole.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

1095 is NOT stainless

I believe the description should be corrected. 1095 is a non-stainless steel, which is prone to rust if not oiled.

One Life - One Knife – this is the credo of the famous knife company TOPS from Idaho, in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Their knives are tools, designed and built using the extensive knowledge and real life experiences of many Operators with backgrounds in Military, Law Enforcement, outdoor professions, and Martial Arts. Each model is going to be field tested for six month, before it becomes part of the TOPS line up.

All knives are 1095 High Carbon steel with a special Traction Coating, to prevent the blade from corroding even after a seven day being in salt fog. Because of their strength and reliability many different armed forces appreciate TOPS knives for their missions. Every model is made in the US.
