Information:
Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use (such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand), or use them in connection with professional activities (e.g. hunting, crafts) or sports (e.g. sailing or mountaineering). The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently, the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.
Even Poseidon would be jealous! Because the SOG Trident AT is much more practical and lighter than a bulky trident. With its mythical, black-coated clip point blade made of D2 and non-slip handle scales made of tactical green GRN, everyday tasks can also be mastered perfectly above water. The opening via the thumb stud on both sides and the XR Lock locking mechanism put the god of the sea in a good mood and guarantee safe working with the assisted opener. With belt cutter, convertible tip-up clip and lanyard hole that can also be used as a glass breaker.
Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

SOG
The company SOG from Washington, established in 1986, goes back to a special unit of the US army, which were responsible for covert operations. SOG´s name came originally from “Studies and Observation Group”. To satisfy the requirements of the special units, all SOG knives were designed for the toughest loads and afterwards subjected to numerous tests.
