The chef's knife owes its unique character to its handle made of stabilized juniper wood, which also carries a pleasant pepper scent. During the manufacturing process, epoxy resin is pressed into the pores of the wood under high pressure, creating a stunning earthy depth effect and protecting the smooth surface from dirt and moisture. The hand-forged, stainless steel Wild Damascus blade not only impresses with its high toughness and hardness (60 HRC), but also continues the harmony of the kitchen knife with its sediment-like pattern. The forged split piece of 150 layers of damascus is heated to red heat by us in Solingen, Germany, and then hammered into its beautiful shape by a two-ton drop-point hammer. Limited to only 20 pieces worldwide, the chef's knife is delivered with an individual serial number in a leather-covered gift box and certificate of authenticity.
