Innovative Tactical Pen in the Boker Plus range, made of lightweight but very stable aluminum. The black anodized handle and the stable cap are equipped with a checkering, that provides grip without unnecessarily straining the seam of the pocket. The Boker Plus Tactical Pen additionally has a hard, rounded stainless steel inset at the end that allows for the use as kubotan. The cap has a precise thread mount and is additionally secured by an inner O-ring. For writing, the cap can optionally be attached to the pen.Please be aware that the thread for disassembling the pen is not a standard thread, but works in opposite direction! Turn clockwise to loosen and counterclockwise to fasten!

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.

Solider EDC-Stift

Der Stift ist wirklich robust gebaut. Ich habe meinen schon lange tagtäglich im Gebrauch, was man ihm auch ansieht. Aber von ein paar kleinen Schrammen und teilweise abgeriebener Farbe einmal abgesehen ist er gut in Schuss. Die Dichtungen, die Gewinde, der Clip,... sind alle noch so gut wie neu.
Trotz, oder vielleicht auch gerade wegen seines relativ hohen Gewichts und der guten Balance liegt er gut in der Hand und es schreibt sich damit sehr angenehm, was auch an der deutlichen, aber nicht zu aggressiven Oberflächenstruktur liegt. Wer es funktional, solide und verlässlich mag, ist mit diesem Modell gut bedient.
Ich habe mir deshalb gleich einen zweiten besorgt, falls ich den Stift verlieren sollte. Kaputtgehen wird er wohl eher nicht so schnell.
Einziges Minus ist die obere Kante der Schraubkappe. Trägt man den Stift per Clip in der Hosentasche und greift hinein, kratzt man sich zumindest anfangs häufiger am Handrücken.

Taktisch und mehr

Der Pen ist sehr gut verarbeitet, richtig massiv, sollte im Notfall auch zum Brechen eines Autofenster geeignet sein (nicht Einbruch, sondern eher bei einem Unfall). Wenn das Gewicht nicht stört, sehr empfehlenswert. Die Kappe ist verschraubt, daher ist die Mine gut gegen Stöße als auch Feuchtigkeit geschützt. Dran denken, das Kappe und Stift gegenläufig verschraubt sind, falls mal Mine gewechselt werden muss.
