The versatile Boker Super Eraser is perfect for grinding, scrubbing, smoothing, cleaning, and polishing metal surfaces. Especially with blades made of carbon steel, the typical dark spots as well as rust can appear after some time. This is absolutely normal and does not represent a defect, but it may disturb the optical appearance of the knife. To give the blades a new shine again, regular care with the Boker Super Eraser is therefore recommended. Thanks to the 240 grit, the universal abrasive cleaner is perfect for grinding, scrubbing, smoothing, cleaning and polishing metal surfaces. Made in Germany.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Erstaunlich, was der Radierer ohne Mühe an Rost runter holt

Wir haben an unserer Edelstahl-Poolleiter einige Stellen mit Flugrost, den wir mit den versuchten Haushaltsmitteln nicht weg bekommen haben.

Der Rost-Radierer kommt in einer einfachen Pappschachtel. Eine Anleitung liegt nicht bei. Auf der Produktseite ist zu lesen, dass der Radierer trocken oder nass angewendet werden kann.

Den Rost-Radierer habe ich zuerst an einigen älteren Messern ausprobiert, die stellenweise leichten Rost angesetzt hatten. Ich bin ganz leicht mit dem Radierer über die betroffenen Stellen gegangen. Nach 3-4x Drübergehen war vom Rost nichts mehr zu sehen. Die Messer sehen fast aus wie neu. Obwohl ich nur ganz leicht drüber gegangen bin, sind leichte Schleifspuren auf den Messer zu erkennen. Bei empfindlichen Oberflächen würde ich den Rost-Radierer daher nicht verwenden.

Praktisch ist, dass man den Radierer auf die gewünschte Größe zuschneiden kann. Mit dem Block kommt man doch nicht in jede Ecke.

Mein Mann hat den Radierer nun entführt, um seine Werkzeuge zu entrosten.

Ich werde den Radierer auf jeden Fall nachbestellen.
