The Danish knifemaker Mikkel Willumsen from Copenhagen has been making high-quality knives, axes and tools by hand since 1998. He is known for his innovative designs, which combine tactical appearance with high practical suitability. But also top chefs from all over the world swear by the knives of the young designer.
SOG
The company SOG from Washington, established in 1986, goes back to a special unit of the US army, which were responsible for covert operations. SOG´s name came originally from “Studies and Observation Group”. To satisfy the requirements of the special units, all SOG knives were designed for the toughest loads and afterwards subjected to numerous tests.
