Information:
Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use (such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand), or use them in connection with professional activities (e.g. hunting, crafts) or sports (e.g. sailing or mountaineering). The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently, the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.
The slim gentleman's knife pays homage to the classic Melon Tester Knives, which are known for their long and narrow blade and were used to determine the quality of fruit. The assisted opener opens the Spearpoint blade made of 12C27 either by flipper or nail nick and is reliably held by the linerlock. The textured handle made of blue aluminium lies securely in the hand at all times and is equipped with a tip-up (r) clip.
