Thanks to the exceptional sharpness of the Due Cigni steak knife, the meat is cut cleanly and is spared during cutting. The knife glides through the steak so that only a very small amount of meat juice comes out. The almost 11 centimetre long blade is made of X50CrMoV15 and has an additional serrated edge. The handle is made of durable black POM.
