Do you have questions about the delivery status, do you have a change request or would you like to cancel an order? You are welcome to use this form for inquiries regarding orders. Please note that no orders can be placed via this form. Please submit these directly via our webshop. Simply place the desired items in the shopping cart and complete the purchase.
The current processing time of your order (for available items) is approx. five to seven working days (Monday to Friday). After delivery to the parcel service (DHL) you will automatically receive an email with the parcel number for shipment tracking to the e-mail address you provided. If the desired article is currently not in stock, this is already displayed in the article overview and in the shopping cart.
For shipments within Germany, we bear the postage costs. The overview for the postage costs for shipments abroad can be found at www.boker.de/en/shipping-payment.
If your country is not listed here, this means that we do not deliver directly to your desired country. In this case, please contact our respective partners. You can find them at www.boker.de/en/international-partners.
We try to process your enquiries as quickly as possible, as a rule you will receive feedback within one to two working days (Monday to Friday). Your request will be processed during our business hours (Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm and Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm).
