The Nitecore NU31 is the little brother of the popular NU33 headlamp. The permanently installed Li-Ion battery with 1800mAh can be charged internally via a USB-C port. The white main LED provides a maximum of 550 lumens with a light range of up to 145m. For close-range illumination, the helmet lamp has a CRI LED with two light levels. An additional red light LED provides 5 lumens and maintains night vision capability. The special features of the Nitecore NU31 include the newly developed and IP66 dust and splash-proof housing made of orange aluminum, the unibody lens, the USB-C charging port, the innovative operation and the novel battery level indicator. Supplied with charging cable.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.

Überraschend gut

Die NU31 habe ich bei Böker zum Black Week-Preis erhalten. Zuerst dachte ich: "Naja, 550 Lumen.." Aber die Kopflampe macht ein sehr, sehr gutes und angenehmes Licht. Zum Nachtwandern reicht die allemal. Dank der neuen Linse macht die Lampe ein sehr gutes Spotlicht, das ganz weich in ein Flutlicht übergeht. Die Helligkeit ist überraschend gut. Die Akkuleistung ist hervorragend. Meist komme ich mit dem warmweißen Zusatzlicht (50 Lumen) beim Laufen für den Nahbereich bestens aus. Im Wald reicht der High-Modus mit 200 Lumen sehr gut aus. Der Akku kann den 8 Stunden lang liefern. Zum Ausleuchten nutze ich den Turbo-Modus, der mehr als ausreicht und über 130 Meter weit reicht. Den kann man ruhig länger anlassen, da der Akku hier 5 Stunden schafft - natürlich regelt die Lampe irgendwann (sehr weich) runter. Die NU31 kann man absolut weiterempfehlen, genau wie die NU33. Übrigens: Die NU31 trägt sich sehr angenehm und das Kopfband lässt sich easy einstellen. Die Wasserdichtigkeit nach IP66 (Schutz vor "hartes Strahlwasser") reicht für jedes Wetter aus, wenn man keine Tauchlampe benötigt.
