Information:
Since 31st October 2024, there has been a general ban on the handling and possession of switchblade knives of all kinds in Germany. They are now prohibited objects and the possession thereof is a criminal offence. The possession of certain switchblade knives is prohibited in accordance with Annex 2 to the German Weapons law, Section 1, Number 1.4.1, and only permitted to persons who have a legitimate interest necessitating one-handed use (such as due to the loss of an arm or a missing or dysfunctional hand), or use them in connection with professional activities (e.g. hunting, crafts) or sports (e.g. sailing or mountaineering). The same applies to commercial dealers or manufacturers of such knives. Consequently, the sale is limited only to authorized individuals. Please verify before placing an order whether you possess such a legitimate interest.
Sophisticated -Stefano di Lorenzi interprets the Fox New Smarty as a contemporary automatic knife with modern materials and attractive lines. Equipped with a spearpoint blade made of N690, the automatic knife tackles daily cutting tasks with confidence. To open the knife, press the push button. The tactical claim is underlined by the ricasso and the breakthrough on the blade, as well as the robust handle made of green anodised aluminium, which has distinctive textures for optimum grip. With tip-up (r) clip and lanyard loop.
Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Fox Knives
Around 40 years ago Oreste Frati established Fox Coltellerie, which is today known as Fox Knives. After years of experience in production as well as in distribution he founded his business in 1977, which is running as a family business since then. With a great deal of innovation, by constantly testing new materials and techniques, Fox has been one of the leaders on the knife market. Next to manufacturing traditional and elegant knives, the concept of producing tactical knives for police and military is an essential component for Fox Knives. The official certification as a supplier of the NATO shows seriousness, with which Fox is pursuing the lines and making it perfect with the section FMKD. Fox Knives offers for almost every taste and every use the appropriate knife.
