The knives by DJ Urbanovsky have become fixtures in our program. His designs are always strongly influenced by his striking style, while always taking the knife's intended use into consideration. With the Boker Plus M92, the knifemaker from Nebraska is presenting his first purebred dagger. The typical handle design clearly shows his signature style, and the milled logo gives the G10 scales of the M92 knife a secure grip. The partially coated 440C blade is double-edged and very sturdy thanks to its generous thickness. Comes with a versatile Kydex sheath.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Hervorragend!!!

Dieser Dolch ist m.E. einer der besten auf dem Markt. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Satte 6,4 mm 440c Stahl machen diesen Dolch so massiv wie einen Meißel. Natürlich könnte man jetzt bemängeln, daß der Griff um einiges schwerer ist als die Klinge, oder daß die Scheide keine ordentliche Befestigungsmöglichkeit für den Gürtel hat, aber das sind Peanuts im Vergleich zu dem was man bekommt. Ob im Fluchtrucksack oder in der Jackentasche, ob beim Camping oder auf dem Weg durch eine postapokalyptische Welt, dieser Dolch macht alles zuverlässig mit. Der massive Griff liegt satt auch in größeren Händen und die Klinge ist spitz und unglaublich stabil. Natürlich ist so ein Dolch vorrangig zum stechen konzipiert aber auch grobe Schneidarbeiten meistert er zuverlässig. Wer allerdings damit eine Fliege sezieren möchte, sollte auf ein Messer mit feinerer Klinge zurückgreifen. Ich bin auf jeden Fall absolut zufrieden mit diesem Prachtstück.

Since 2004 DJ Urbanovsky is producing Pocketknives, Fixed Blade Knives, Tomahawks and Swords. The name of his company, American Kami, goes back to Nepalese Knife Makers, who have been producing the so-called Kukris for generations with the simplest means. Simple and effective knives, DJ Urbanosky is totally convinced from this concept. Just as the original Kukris his design should be used for work, or as he says: “I don't build safe queens, I build users. I want you to go out and cut stuff!“.
