Laguiole Liner Olive Wood

This modern interpretation of a Laguiole knife may make some traditionalists wrinkle their noses - but only briefly, because the Laguiole Liner by Claude Dozorme convinces with a blade made of X50CrMoV15 that holds its cutting retention and is secured by a reliable linerlock. The characteristic bee is on the blade axle screw. The stainless steel handle has puristic olive wood scales and gives the knife an avant-garde look. Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
