The CRKT K.I.S.S. is a reliable pocket knife that has been convincing for many years with its simplicity. The name stands for "Keep It Super Simple" and this is exactly what has always been done in the development of this revolutionary knife. The simple yet ingenious idea of designing a knife handle that also locks the blade as a tang was born by American knifemaker Ed Halligan. The Tanto blade made of 3Cr13 lies close to the handle when closed. With lanyard hole and clip (tip-up).

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.
Injuries due to falls: Knives should never be left unsecured or near table edges to prevent them from falling and injuring someone.
Blunt knives: Blunt knives pose a greater risk of injury as they require more force and can slip more easily. Knives should therefore be properly sharpened regularly.
Improper use: Using a knife for tasks for which it is not intended (e.g. as a lever tool) can not only damage the blade, but also lead to accidents.

Minimalist

Absolut reduziertes und leichtes Messer. Kann man gut in der Hosentasche mitnehmen. Man will ja vl. nicht immer ein klobiges Taschenmesser mit zich Werkzeugen mitschleppen. Pakete aufschneiden geht damit sehr gut.
