The solid construction in combination with the classic look and high utility value make the Boker Arbolito Esculta, the more compact version of the El Gigante, an excellent companion for outdoor and hunting. The indestructible Green Canvas Micarta handle scales have an additional groove structure and are therefore hard to beat in terms of grip. The modern look of the material in combination with the extremely practical Stonewash blade finish make the Bowie an extraordinary knife not only for use but also for collectors. The solid Böhler N695 steel blade runs completely through the grip and tapers toward the pommel. This tapered tang gives the knife a particular visual appeal and provides outstanding balance. The protruding and stout hand guard is made from brushed stainless steel, promising high handling reliability and contributing to the refined appearance. Supplied with high-quality leather sheath.

Warning and safety information:
Cut injuries: The most common danger when using knives is the risk of cuts. Sharp blades can quickly penetrate skin and tissue.
Slipping of the knife: Improper or excessive pressure can cause the knife to slip, resulting in uncontrolled movements that can cause injuries.

Messer und Scheide sehr hochwertig verarbeitet

Die Spitze des Messers ist etwas breiter als die Schneide, wohl um mehr Stabilität zu verleihen. Die Auslieferungsschärfe ist absolut ausreichend, habe die Klinge trotzdem direkt geschärft (problemlos und schnell).

Auf dem Bild wirkt das Messer etwas schmaler, als es ist. Die Klinge hat eine leichte Recurveform , die Oberfläche ist poliert. Ich bilde mir ein, das an dadurch das Stahlgefüge erkennen kann. Der stark geriffelte Griff liegt sehr sicher und bequem in der Hand.

Fazit: Das Messer ist von der Größe für schwerere Arbeiten geeignet. Dafür ist es aber eigentlich zu schön.
