Description
Description
Renowned knife designer Jens Anso takes up his wooden spoon and drawing board and conjures up a full-bodied menu of the finest chef's knives for gourmets with the MKM Prima series. The Santoku is a typical Japanese kitchen knife for the preparation of vegetables, fish and meat. Due to its blade shape and multiple uses, the Santoku is considered the most famous Japanese chef's knife. In this special version, the MKM Santoku is equipped with a noble Takefu Damascus blade with 65 layers at a hardness of 61-63 HRC. Typically Anso, the handle is made of golden-black FAT carbon, which eliminates the usual conventions in favor of modern, angular lines.
