Stefan Gobec is an Austrian knifemaker and cutler who has made a name for himself with his classic designs and use of fine materials. In his workshop, knives are handcrafted according to traditional methods. In addition to designing and constructing knives, he also offers workshops where he introduces interested participants to the art of knifemaking and guides them through all the steps involved.
