Description
Spyderco discovers its culinary side and presents the Minarai kitchen knife series by designer Murray Carter. The knife designer is deeply rooted in Japanese forging and implements the basic idea of the Japanese term Minarai 見習 (German: observe and learn, apprenticeship) in these striking kitchen knives. Spyderco combines traditional values with modern materials. The Bunka Bocho (German: "culture knife") is very similar to the well-known Santoku knife but has a longer tip, making the kitchen knife perfect for preparing fish, meat, or vegetables. The rustproof blade made of CTS-BD1N and the angular handle made of injection-molded polypropylene guarantee safe and hygienic work.
