Description
This limited edition Sprint Run version of the Manbug features Carpenter Technology's Micro-Melt PD#1, an air-hardened, cold-formed die steel specifically engineered for superior wear resistance and toughness. Its advanced alloy composition is further enhanced by CarTech's Micro-Melt powder metal process, which ensures an ultra-fine, extremely homogeneous grain structure. This high-performance steel, which is functionally equivalent to CPM CRU-WEAR, is at the heart of this knife's fully flat ground PlainEdge blade. To make the pocket knife even more distinctive, the blade is finished with a non-reflective titanium carbonitride (TiCN) coating and the fiberglass-reinforced nylon (FRN) handle is spray-painted in a deep burgundy red. Matching this stunning color concept, the handle screws and back lock are also black.
