Description
The Pivot Plus by Work Sharp is a practical knife sharpener. Apart from crossed carbine elements and ceramic rods, it also has a foldable conical diamond sharpener for serrated edges. The basic sharpening is handled by two crossed carbide elements, while two ceramic rods are used for the fine grind. Thanks to the integrated springs, the carbide elements follow the shape of the blade, making the result much more consistent. This extremely lightweight knife sharpener can easily fit into a coat pocket or tool box and has an additional lanyard hole.
