Description
The 1980s were the formative era for taciturn action heroes who, not infrequently, single-handedly put an end to all henchmen on the big screen. In the third part of the Rambo Saga, the titular hero is sent to Afghanistan to support the Mujahideen in their fight against the Soviet army. Here, too, Rambo relies on his survival knife, which proved invaluable, especially in close combat. However, this reissue of the knife has some differences from the models in the Rambo First Blood films. The outdoor knife features a 32 cm long Bowie blade made of 420 steel, which has a striking cutout near the spine and now has significantly flatter saw teeth. The handle is now made of hardwood and lies securely in the hand thanks to its ergonomic shape. It no longer houses a survival kit but is elegantly framed by guard elements. Delivered with a high-quality leather sheath. A must-have for all knife collectors and fans of concentrated action. The only drawback: No blue light.
