Description
Description
When strength, craftsmanship, and Norse spirit converge, the result is unmistakable - the Boker Plus Hermod Folder by Dirk Hofmeister of Midgards Messer. Building on the legendary fixed-blade Hermod, this folding version brings the same rugged reliability and striking design into a fully fledged pocket-knife, crafted to conquer even the toughest cutting tasks.
The ball-bearing D2 blade with a stonewash finish delivers exceptional cutting power and edge retention, while the CNC-milled G10 handle in a diagonal mosaic texture ensures maximum grip and control, even under challenging conditions. Its linerlock mechanism secures the blade with authority, and the nail nick allows for deliberate, reliable opening - a nod to traditional craftsmanship fused with modern mechanics.
A distinctive cotter pin-style safety lock, reminiscent of a hand grenade pin, is threaded into the front of the handle for extra transport security, preventing accidental opening or closing. Full-length jimpings along the spine and liners provide superior tactile feedback, while the integrated glass breaker and lanyard hole extend the knife’s tactical versatility.
Supplied with a high-quality nylon sheath and equipped with a tip-up (right-hand) clip, the Hermod Folder embodies the fearless spirit of the Nordic forge - a true tool of the gods.
