Alessandra De Santis, an employee of Hydra Armaments, is also known as Hydra Design. This family business from northern Italy specializes in weapon accessories and tactical equipment. An experienced knife enthusiast, she has been collecting, testing, and comparing countless knives since she was 14 years old and is the author of numerous reports and articles published in various specialist magazines. As a former industrial chemist, she possesses extensive expertise in steels and materials. She is also a firearms enthusiast and an avid practitioner of Filipino Martial Arts. Her modern designs combine her experience from all these areas.
