GiantMouse Knives originated from a joint idea by Jens Ansø and Jesper Voxnæs. Together with a collector and entrepreneur from the USA, the two world-renowned Danish designers established their own knife brand. High-quality materials and exceptional craftsmanship are a given for these two perfectionists. Unlike the regular GiantMouse knives, the models in the ACE series are not produced exclusively in small batches and are thus finally available to knife enthusiasts worldwide.
